Changed your mind? No problem.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return your item. Just make sure it's unworn, unwashed, and has its original tags and packaging intact — exactly as it arrived.
To get started, email info@scotletics.com with your order number and we'll take it from there. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us, as we won't be able to process it.
Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to stop it before it ships.
Exchanges
After the wrong size? Just return your original item and place a new order once we've confirmed the return. Drop us an email and we'll guide you through it.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method. Original delivery charges aren't refunded unless we made a mistake.
Received Something Wrong or Damaged?
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days and we'll sort it — full refund, replacement, or repair. Return shipping is on us in these cases.
Exceptions
Sale items, gift cards, and personalised orders can't be returned.
UK & EU Customers
You also have a 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Same conditions apply.
